Could anyone tell me the best JS frameworks among react, angular, and vue?

In comparison to job market share, the number of job postings for Angular or React is almost the same but Vue has only 20 percent share. In community and development comparison, Vue has popularity among users but the number of contributors to the repositories is more for Angular and React.  In terms of popularity, Vue has almost matched with react because of the sudden shift in the number of stars in mid-2016.
