How do AWS CodeCommit active users really works?

Question

I want to how active users are defines and how they are charged?

If I access CodeCommit once or twice a month still I'd be an active user or not?

And If I use Lambda which doesn't perform any push or pull for any instance, I just call "ListPullRequest" using SDK will I get charged?

Yes, even if you don't access Codecommit frequently still you'll an active user. just call any one of the CodeCommit API that makes the user active,

GetBranch, GitPull, GitPush.

And if you make a call to "ListPullRequest" it won't charge you.
