In Manufacturing, AI is used in quality checks of products i.e. to check if the products are having flaws which are not possible to observe by the naked eye. 

AI is used in the prediction of failure modules which can not be done by visual inspection. Some times, the product looks flawless but won't work as perfectly. This is because we identify the performance and flaws of objects differently because of bias.

Artificial Intelligence is used to predict whether machines need maintenance accurately instead of guessing that helps in decreasing the downtime.
