We can definitely consider the hypothesis that humans were artificially designed and engineered to perform certain tasks and we evolved from that. The ability to know that you are real because you have the capability and the understanding to ask yourself that denotes that you are a being of intelligence. In terms of mechanics and biology, it is key to know that everything around us plays role in our lives like guiding our emotions, helping us think critically while we are aware that we are doing these. This is the essence of Artificial Intelligence we can debate about when we talk about the concept of what's real and what's not.
