closed Access key ID and Secret Access Key for AWS Educate account

I have an AWS Educate Account and unable to get the Access Key and Secret Access Key. It says I do not have IAM access when I try to get these. Does that mean there's no way to get it using the educate account?

Find the blue button Account Details and click it
