How to configure an Endpoint URL in Twilio Whatsapp API for an Azure Node.js bot?

I have a node.js bot and is deployed on Azure. Now, I am able to communicate with the bot using Whatsapp message but for the incoming messages it thorws an error:

ERROR: ChatConnector: receive - invalid request data received.

Can anyone help me what will be the correct endpoint URL using Twilio?

So, basically Twilio is not properly developed for Whatsapp channel. You are not able to connect the Whatsapp properly and cannot able to route messages, whereas Microsoft Bot Framework is currently working on it Whatsapp as an official channel.
