What is the difference between Azure Pack and Azure Stack?

What is the difference between them?

The major difference or the basic difference between Azure Pack and Azure Stack is that Azure stack offers the exact same APIs as Azure does, whereas Azure Pack only duplicates Azure that is it mimics it. 

For example, to be able to deploy resources Azure stack can make use of ARM templates. To do that you can deploy your ARM template, test it and then deploy it to Azure and it will work in the exact same way.
