Unable to link IP with route 53

Question

I brought a Domain from Amazon for an year. I am following each steps to link the IP with the Domain. IP is displaying the results but Domain is not linking with the IP.

For routing the IP address to your domain. You need to create a hosted zone and recordset. If created, then you need to configure all the nameservers into the domain. 

Then in routing policy give the alias and it will take 5 mins - 24 hours to get the domain available for these name servers. Wait until then and try checking the domain that will work for you.
