While using Azure Portal, I suddenly get this error message states:

This account is on a deprecated billing system. Contact Support to move it to the new system.

Can anyone help me why this error showed up?

Basically, that error is from the Azure side, and it will be rectified by Azure only in some time. So, we need to wait for sometimes as all the resources on that particular subscription are offline.
