Could someone tell me how many questions are there in salesforce admin certification?

Salesforce admin certification does contain 60 questions that are of multiple-choice questions (MCQ’s), multiple select questions (MSQ’s) and 5 non scored questions.

You need to score 65% to pass the certification exam, and in case if you fail to do so, could retake the exam n-number of times till you pass. But you could do so by abiding by the retake policy that allows you to retake exams after a certain period of time ranging from 24hrs to the next release cycle.
